GREAT WINES ARE BORN IN THE VINEYARD
Spanish Sons Tempranillo is cultivated on vineyard sites in and around the medieval city of Toro on the high, arid plateau of Castilla y León; along the banks of the famed Duero River.
The Fariña family vineyards are noted for scarce rainfall, stony soils and high altitude. The proximity of the Duero moderates the temperatures in the vineyards, protecting the fruit from the intense summer heat and tempering the cool night winds.
